Buying items mix up!?

The Chinese authorities can't do anything to anyone who is not in China

You are lucky that is all that happened.

You do know there are laws about buying as well as laws about selling counterfeit items?

There is little reason to buy and try to import anything from China for this very reason.

Talk to your bank urgently. This looks like a set-up job - and you'll need to convince them it isn't.

get in touch with ur lawyers youve done nothing rong

Call your bank so they can reduce the chargeback by 50, you can't collect twice on the same incident.

So i bought a pair of trainers from this site in china, and they got seized by customs for being fakes. So after so many days of emails back and forth they still said they "Can't" give me a refund, so i called my bank, and then the day after i gave them the paperwork for my refund, they said we have put £50 back in your account as an apology.

So now i had that 50 plus my refund of 110, and they are saying to me i am a scammer, and they will contact the chinese authorities etc... against me?

I don't know what to do or say about this, they have my credit card info, and my address. Any help would be great.

The only thing i can think of is that they sell reps which is illegal, apart from that i'm defenseless
