Open a case via ebay.
They allow returns up to two weeks after you get them. Items must be in the original packaging. That should all be pretty clear.
You can contact them and ask if they are willing to accept a return anyway and hope for the best.
No, you bought a cheaply made pair that are no longer in the original condition. You cannot get a refund.
All you have to do is contact the seller, tell them the reason for a refund, they will tell you to send the item back to them, and as soon as they receive the item they will refund the money back to your PayPal account. Easy as that!
It sounds like you are stuck with the trousers since you do not have the packaging...?
Three weeks ago, I bought a pair of new, waterproof over trousers. However, after only about a dozen outings, they have started to wear, and are now ready to split.
The following disclaimer is on the companies 'eBay' page:
'Returns are accepted provided they are returned with original packaging and received within 14 days of receipt from date of sale. Terms & Conditions Apply'.
Am I entitled to seek a refund? (I don't have the original packaging.
Many thanks in advance.
