Can I copyright a marketing idea?

No you can't copyright any marketing idea.Just make your own marketing idea for your business it will be more beneficial for you.

You can't copyright an idea. If you live in a country that's sufficiently screwed up to allow patents on business methods, you could try for one of those. Either way, you have no guarantee that the company won't just use your idea without paying you and say they'll see you in court if you don't like it.

Non-disclosure agreements are a possibility, but they apply only to people who sign them. If you persuade LittleCo to sign an NDA with you, and someone who works for LittleCo tells the idea to BigCo and BigCo starts using it and making millions, you can sue LittleCo and/or the guy who leaked the idea, but you can't sue BigCo to make them stop or give you a share of the money.

An idea, in and of itself, cannot be protected in any way except maybe by a non-disclosure agreement. these aren't worth much unless you are suing the entity or person that signed one.

Sorry you can't it is illegal to copy other's marketing idea. You don't have any rights to copy their marketing idea.

I have an idea that can increase a company's sales demand beyond what production capabilities could possible meet. I made $300,000 when I was 21, can this idea be copyrighted? Gentle Warrior
