Since you are the one printing it out, you'd be considered the "manufacturer" and therefore would require permission from whoever owns copyrights to Pulp Fiction or Godfather.
However, if you were buying something printed out already from a legal source that has permission already and reselling the product on ebay, it would be allowed.
You can not print and sell images from copyright holders without permission. You could face heavy fines, court costs, and in extreme situations jail time.
I think that would be illegal, because they would most likely be copyrighted. Also you wouldn't get a lot because it would be easy enough for anyone to do that, sorry :/

I'm recently bored and got a business head on at the minute, and I was wondering can I get a hi-res image of google for example a Pulp Fiction poster or a Godfather poster, print them on high quality photo paper and sell them on eBay, am I infringing any copyright policies and is what I'm doing allowed/legal? thank you very much,
