no one of my friends had someone from china hack their debit card an took money off of it after they had bought something from them
i one time ordered a dvd an it took a month to get to me an then it was the wrong movie. so ive never used that site again
I have good success with purchasing items off ebay. Make sure the seller has good feedback and I personally only buy items from sellers in the USA. I only use Paypal for payment as they will help if there is a problem with the transaction.
eBay does not sell anything (to the public at least)
it's individual businesses/people that list things for sale on eBay that you'd be purchasing from and as such it really depends what kind of seller you get, a crook or legit
Generally though, vast majority of sellers on eBay are not only legit but also hard working individuals doing their best to use eBay as a market to sell their products.
Lastly, eBay has buyer protection service which will generally side with the buyer if things go bad. research it on their site.
