Nope. Selling human beings is, as you can suspect, illegal. (Except in some regions of the world, but those guys don't go on eBay, trust me.)

just wondering cause the other day i was at school, and one of my guy friends was on ebay looking and searched something and found that a baby was on sale for $200.. so i was wondering... if thats even legal cause im pretty sure its not... but what do i know...
