The whole coloring book or just one page? If it's the hole book then yes, but if it's a page then no.

Copyrite infringement etc..
I tried similar with Disney cross stitch kits a few years ago and had a phone call from them
Cease and desist or I was in a whole lot of litigation- I learned to not touch copyrite stuff in any shape or form
