No - you can't change or hide negative review. But face the fact - everyone can get negative reviews. This is life.
But you can get few great reviews (not fake one!) and this will push negative review down.
Probably not change or hide it. That would be immoral and misleading. Post a reply to her review explaining the situation so others know what happened. Don't be defensive or argumentative. Just explain what happened and be apologetic. How a person deals with negative criticism is just as important as getting good reviews to potential clients.
I'm not sure changing it would be legal. I can't really help if I don't know what review platform this was posted on...
I work for a business, and we have had many positive reviews, and have earned an average of 4.5 stars out of 5. When I checked my reviews today, i noticed that we had an extremely negative review from a woman that we had worked with a week before. We had computer problems that day, and had warned our customers and suggested they go to our other location not even a mile away. This woman had refused, and had exaggerated that we were sitting around doing nothing for an hour. Her entire transaction had been about 15 minutes. Is there any way i can hide this comment or dispute it, especially given our great history of reviews?
