Heavy posting is going to catch up with pretty quickly, when Craigslist starts ghosting your ads, I don't believe there's a software work around, at least some carefully chosen proxies would be needed, ideally you would have a separate dedicated local IP address for each post you make in a day day.
There's some out there somewhere, I saw a guy looking for someone to partner on craigslist and he preferred someone who has craigslist software. I downloaded one from cnet, but got a bogus download. I'm sure I'll find one eventually though. I searched craigslist software on cnet download.
