Job offers through craigslist may be by small time operators who could by fly by might scampers, there are paypal account hackers and scams that might use your name and account n some other way. If the "employer" has no web site, ideally with a registration whois that gives their name you should be suspicious...there are countless scams on the internet.
Nothing more than pester you. Did you supply them with your real phone number?
No, they can't do much. On the other hand, you won't earn a penny. I'm not sure what their game is, but you won't come out ahead.

They pay you to write reviews and they asked for my paypal email address as thats how they plan on paying. All they have about me is my name, phone number and paypal email address. They can't do much with just the email address can they?
