I believe it includes your own page views. But notice that the "unique" vies is almost similar to "page views". I concluded its unreliable stats and better use real time tracking like clicky analytics. If i were you, forget your Weebly Stats.
I have seen report of their internal traffic reporting stats being considerably different from other services like Google, you can probably add code for the simple Statcounter.com tracker that shows fairly detailed visitor stats in the control panel, where you could identify the software robits.

I feel like Weebly creates fake views because my new websites already has a bunch of views on the first day and goes down through the days. And NO ONE EVER posts a comment. Anyone else know or experience this problem?
