No address on the contact us page, though there's a Nevada phone number (a favorite corporation, tax shelter state) I wonder if you get a live person. Fits with their about us text:
"We are located everywhere from Nevada, Florida, to California but we ship our amazing products from Nevada, run our modeling searches in California, and our marketing is handled in Florida. "
Reports that the manufacturer photos appear on other sites, just indicating they don't shoot their own product photos and may not have them on hand.

I have had a poor experience with them as well. I placed my order on 12/16. On 12/28 I received an email that it had shipped. Checked the tracking and it said "label created." Still the same when i checked on 1/2/2015, so I emailed the company and asked that since it had not left their facility, would they please cancel the order because it was arriving way too late. They wrote back and said that since the shipment was already initiated, I'd have to return the order for a refund. On 1/5, tracking still indicated that they still had not shipped my package. So I emailed them again. No response, but checking tracking again today and it shows that it finally was scanned by USPS at 10 pm last night. Considering the poor service and poor communication with the company so far, and reading what others have to say, I'm concerned about receiving my refund when I return these items. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company so hopefully they will assist. me.
They have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau and I've personally had a terrible experience with Nella (the owner) and their customer service. Still can't get a refund even though they have had my return for almost four months.
I really hope it isn't true. I love their shirts, but am slightly skeptical due to all the bad reviews. Some claim to get their stuff, others say they don't. Fresh-tops has some seriously crappy customer service though (tried emailing in regards to products and payment, never got any responses). Can't find anything like them though :/. If all goes wrong, you could report fraud
I wished i would of researched the damn site before i made a purchase that I am still waiting for. I thought i purchased 2 sweaters for my daughter for the holidays and the damn things still have not arrived. You can call these fools and they take FOREVER TO REPLY! I WISH I COULD GO WHERE THE HELL THEY ARE AND BEAT THEIR ASSES! BECAUSE AT THIS POINT THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE OWNERS NUMBER CUZ IMMA RIP ANOTHER HOLE IN HER ***!
I have also had bad customer service. My order was incorrect and no one has responded to my emails. I will not be using them again, which is too bad because their shirts are cute.
So I really like the tops at fresh-tops but I've read that people are being ripped off... They're not getting their clothes, orders are being messed up and that when they try to e-mail them they get nothing in return and the website is basically talking their money. If anyone has any info on the website could you please let me know. I dont want to buy something and have be wrong or even worst never get it! Thank you :)
