I think you should give it some time maybe the 'had 2' was a typo or even a wee white lie as she thought saying she had more would make people think like you now do.She has had feedback for a phone she sold only a few days ago and it has arrived and the buyer is happy.She has 100% feedback and even if things do go wrong you can sort it with ebay dispute after all there won't be just you if it is wrong doing it will be three buyers saying so.I don't think she's scamming you though not with 100% feedback
It's not unusual for someone on ebay to use a similar image, don't worry much about that.
The seller has 8 positive feedback, 3 of which she sold something to them and they got it and were happy with it, again don't worry too much.
If something goes wrong just go through the dispute resolution procedures, Ebay promises money back guarantee and buyer protection etc etc so I don't think you'll be left short
Give it a few days for it to come. Then if you arent happy, return it for refund. If it dowsnt come, open a case with ebay

I brought an Elgato HD capture but something is not right and I've thought so after I paid for it.
The seller claims "In as new condition, used but no longer needed, have two of these" but yet the seller has been constantly relisting this.

Shes stolen the image from this website and nsow I'm not even sure what is up.
Shes claimed to have sent the item but it doesn't make sense how you've had 2 but sold 3, I wish I had just went on to amazon and brought one brand new instead of having to deal with this crap.
