Selling or buying an eBay account is forbidden. Your account would simply be suspended again the moment you changed the personal info on it. NO ONE in their right mind is going to let you use their personal info.

Honestly, would stay away from Pandanger, they have sellers on there that steal money and you cannot even trust them, yet also provide useless information. Like someone mentioned, stick with the Aspkin forums for information and for buying accounts, you can use the sellers on the www.aspkin.com/forums or you can also buy from www.auctionessistance.com
