Ebay is this for real?

Microsoft itself even have its Hong Kong website advertising the release of Hong Kong version.

Why would it be " pulled off ' because it is not in USA ?

These people don't know anything country exists outside America.

Most to all 2K games are region free, no matter where it is released ( USA, UK , Hong Kong, Australia ,..etc ) They use the same disc, hence region free.

( Borderlands series, NBA series, Darkness series, BioShock series, Duke Nukem Forever, Spec Ops, Mafia series .. etc )

These games sold in Gamestop will also run on a PAL console, does it means fake then?

Get some simple knowledge rather than being racist, maybe?

This is an AUCTION not a fixed price. The figure you see now is not what it will sell for. On ebay auctions most of the action will happen in the last few minutes of the auction. My son has just this afternoon (Sun) sold a Guitar for £146. It was on a 7 day auction with a minimum opening bid of £50.

He had no bids at all until 4 minutes before the end of the listing then in that last 4 minutes 3 bidders came in and the price went from 0 to £146 with the winning bid being placed just 9 seconds before the auction ended.

It is absolutely legitimate. As another member here said, the bidding is not over. You will need

to watch it in the very last moments as it will likely increase. There is 2 days left to go for bidding.

You need to be registered with Ebay or you cannot bid. PayPal only.

You should scroll all the way down and read what the company has to say. (NO Copies)

The seller will ship from Hong Kong. I purchase from there frequently. It takes a little longer but

items are packaged well and always arrive intact. This seller is top rated with 100% feedback.

Free shipping as well.

There are still two and a half days left in the auction.

There are already 11 bids. There will be many more before the auction ends. The price will go much higher than it is now.

Yes it is for real and the seller has over a thousand positive feedback comments - so he is genuine too. It is probably a copy of the original game (in Hong Kong they can copy any game within a few minutes no matter what the protection is) and it will also work on your Xbox. I suggest you buy a dozen of them before the seller gets shut down by Microsoft.

@Bill I think it's because China is well known for making copies of all sorts of copyright materials - games, films, clothing, bags - and selling both in bulk and individually to the UK. Hong Kong, due to strong trade links with Europe and mainland China is regularly used for this form of commerce.

This game may be entirely legitimate - a 'grey import' where a genuine game is sold in a different territory to utilise pricing differences, or it may be a quality illegal copy.

From the listing, it's going to be pretty hard to tell. I suspect from the feedback the buyer will probably get the game. Whether the publisher gets any money from their hard work is more doubtful.

Ebay is an auction site. Bidding isn't over yet. They know how much the game normally costs. What they are banking on is a flurry of last minute bids just before the auction ends.

If by "for real" you mean risky with the possibility of losing your money and never receiving your merchandise, then yes it is. I would't shop or buy from those crooks. Go to gamestop and get the game used... or buy it off craigslist... don't throw away your money.

its a bid it will most probably rise to about 40 pounds

It is real-maybe they are overstake..

is this for real, is it actully the game why is it so cheap for a £40.00 game

Don't put in for it.

It sounds like a scam.
