THAT is precisely why I don't buy from private sellers online. There's no guarantee of the item being shipped or even if the seller really has possession of the item being sold. If I can't deal in person with a private party, I won't deal.
You can file a protest with eBay. That's about your only option when dealing across oceans.
Open a dispute with ebay - the seller is talking garbage.
Show the message to eBay and they will do something about it and force a refund.
thats not allowed. you can file a "non-performing seller" complaint on ebay
On ebay go to contact ebay and they will fix your problem.
Sorry to say, but you may have just wasted your money. You shouldn't put too much trust in an online site, as these people don't technically have to ship it to you immediately. I would contact eBay but there's not much else I can say :/
I was on eBay a few days ago and bought an autographed CD off an ebay seller for $45 and the shipping cost $15. I paid it through paypal, and I checked my ebay account to find that the CD I paid for was listed as PAID in my account. The CD is in America, and I'm in Australia, so I messaged the seller to ask them when the CD would arrive. Then the seller simply replied "Sorry I'm waiting for someone to respond on a offer so it is unfortunately not available anymore." Is the seller even allowed to do that? I've already paid for the CD and the shipping in full, so how can they pull out on me like that? I don't know if I'll get my money back or not, what should I do?
