Yes you keep it its your blessing.
However if you never paid for it they would not have had your address. Sellers only get the buyers address once the payment is made in full only then does the system tell the seller where to send it. Without a payment the seller has no way of sending it with no address.
So you probably did pay for this item you just dont remember and cared so little back then that you didnt even notice it was not delivered til now.
REASONABLE SALE. It can happen for a seller to ship unpaid item if they have large volume and dont check each payment. When buyer wins auction, the Order Details shows the buyer's address to the seller even before he has paid.
Well, every seller knows not to ship before payment. So basically, it could go either way.
