SCAM - Ebay prohibits ALL transactions with Nigeria. You have NO protection if you ship to Nigeria and they reverse the charges after you send the item
Tell him you are sorry but you can ONLY ship to a Paypal verified address in the US. You will not ship anywhere else
What scammers do is have you send to an unverified address. Once you send the item, they file a dispute with Ebay claiming their account was hacked and there is an unauthorised transaction. Ebay contacts you asking for proof of delivery to the buyer's verified address. You won't have this as you shipped to Nigeria, and Paypal debits the money from your account - so you lose both your money and your item
I woud report this buyer to Ebay
You aren't being scammed if you got the money. Scamming doesn't even involve them purchasing, unless they are change artists, they would be trying to sell to you.
You might want to contact somebody in eBay about that. If they know upfront then they may be able to help you resolve any problems that come up.
keep the money and dont send them anything to see how long it takes them to crybaby for being liars.
