It's not worth the hassle and expense unless you are sending a container-load of them. As others have already said, shipping one TV will end up costing much more than purchasing one locally in Mexico.

I checked at Christmas to have the same (42") sent from Miami to me here in central America, and the two companies I checked wanted slightly more than the TV cost!!
