Change your pitch slightly. Promote it as a business opportunity.
Even offer it as a joint venture. You sell the stuff for $100 and 50% of the profits generated over the next year. That way, you'll get rid of the stuff and if the other person sets it up somewhere, you'd get some additional money.

Unless you can show some serious profits to offset the risk, why would anyone want it? What is your reason for selling? Just want to get out of the business or have you learned that the business is not profitable?
You'll have better luck selling the ramps, but I cant imagine anyone buying a skate park right now.
Trying to sell a used park? Find a commercial real estate agent instead of Craigslist.
Offer it to your best customers maybe as a partnership.
