I've created several backlinks and only a few of them are showing up on Ahrefs.

How can I index them all?

You can your back links in webmaster or by backlinkwatch.com

None of the backlink reporting tools check every page on the internet, whether a tool sees it may not mirror what the search engines have seen. I vaguely recall that Bing may provide virtually real time reports of links to your own site if registered there.

Some go as far as generating backlinks to pages linking to their site, some junky backlink sources may not be indexed by the search engines, preventing them from seeing your backlink there.

Some advise in these days where low quality, suspicious backlinks an actually harm your search ranking, some have recommended that a link that has never sent your site a visitor may be a good one to shed.

Syndicate (or re-submit published links) and share your news worthy links, or that links which are created on trusted platforms.
