I think the best ways to do it are by online advertising. I would shy away from print unless it is highly targeted as this can become really expensive for what you will get back.
Things like Google Adwords would be far more effective, but make sure your keywords are targeted correctly, otherwise it can become really expensive. There are a number of blogs, websites and books (such as Online Marketing by the principals of Imano) which are really helpful for developing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies.
Also, dont forget the power of Social Media. Set yourself up a Facebook and Twitter page and connect with people who have similar interests. Create catchy and intriguing status updates to really connect with your audience. You can also comment on blogs and forums and show the world that you really know what you're talking about!
