How about doing a leaflet drop in your surrounding area or taking out an advertisement in the local free or evening paper. You could also put cards up in newsagents and supermarkets.
There is a lot you can do for free and some of them can cost you s bit.

- Add your services to local directories like hotfrog, trulocal, yellow pages, yelp, etc
- Add a signature to your email, Info like phone number, who to call, and a small description of your services.

Use your local newspaper and buy an add
