I need help regarding disputed trade in commodity market.... case was sent to FMC in Dec-Jan
This is to bring to your notice that in the month of November 2013 Date 16th, there was a trade which took place by a manual error at a abnormally lower price in ACE exchange in Cotton April-2014 contract, for which we immediately informed exchange verbally followed by a written request for cancellation of same on 18th of November 2013. Since then we have been trying to do follow up by calling the exchange, but unfortunately haven't got any response.
but till date case is pending .. and big amount is blocked ...is there any help possible???? ..... 9898195658
