I've found that a good way to get people to look at your blog is by telling your friends, maybe posting it on facebook or twitter - a lot of people will see it that way! Good luck with it!
To get search engine traffic you'll have to do some stuff:
1) Go to Dashboard-->Settings-->Search Preferences
Edit the Description and write something that describes your blog(also include some keywords that you think people are searching for)
2) After Description enabled, you'll see an option when you create a post "Search Description", write some description about your posts (500 chars max)
3) Keep some social sharing buttons (fb,tw,stumble,pin it, etc)
4) Go out & explore. Comment(using Name/URL) on others blogs. Place your URL there.
5) If possible join wordpress for fun, now go to the "Reader" in Wordpress, then click on "Explore topics", select Fashion or Beauty. You'll get a list of recently updated blogs of that topic. Comment there & they'll surely come back to you.
