Ideally you would want to find a business address and phone number in the Contact Us page, at east they have a phone number there.
You would probably want to search the web for references to the site name, some would search:
"kvoll-shoes.com" scam
unfortunately Google substitutes review for scam, giving more results clutter.
In a casual look around I didn't see many negative comments.
