But a lot of marketing is well below this rate.
Response will provide you the opportunities, it for you (or the sales team) to convert to sales
In each of the three Supermarkets near where i live there is a rubbish bin by the magazine racks and most buyers tip the various inserts into them straight away, unread.
Look at roughly 1% sales, if the product and price are right
uk
Impossible to guess. An overpriced, poor product could mean zero sales.
Statistics say 1% response is very good. We do targeted marketing with mail out postcards, 4 color print and we get just over 3% and that's extremely good, but its very targeted marketing
Now i can see the answer to this question being "how long is a piece of string" seen as no two products are the same or something along those lines but lets say if i was to put 10,000 inserts into a magazine related to the product i am advertising what sort of sales would i expect as i have no clue? 100 sales? 500 sales, 1000 sales? really just looking for some reference point to see what the typical expectations of how many out of 10,000 would likely to purchase my product
Thanks.
