The CPC(cost per click) you get depends upon the Ad type. If the Ad is more competitive or branded you will get more money.
And if the Ad/keyword is less competitive, you will be paid less.
Most importantly, you must get good amount of traffic on your website to get paid well.
They won't allow Adsense on a popup page like that...the revenue mainly comes from clicks, not impressions.
I totally depends on location of clicked and your keywords. So work on your clicks and try to get clicks from US and UK people.
