Sorry but a 3 month old domain probably has no special value, you may only get the $10 registration fee out of it.

One advantage for those registered with godaddy is the easy process to get a domain listed in their auction.

I would recommend you continue development work on the site, continue to flesh out the content, do some SEO work to raise the traffic stats and page rank, and list the site on an auction site like flippa or in ebay when there is about 2 months left on the registration, you might get $100 for the site & domain.

Be sure to add an "Available for purchase" notification on the site, visitors will tend to be stronger prospects than random people on Answers.

It will sell if there is a demand for that keyword and people know it is for sale. Are you getting traffic to it? Traffic helps with selling a domain.
