Etsy is a great site, ebay is ok too. See if you can partner up with a locally owned store. You may be able to advertize there or even sell your items from that shop. Even start a blog about your knitted items and let people know you have them for sale.
They just don't sell these days. I have been to craft fairs and car boots, markets with tables of the stuff. Young people today do not want knitted items. I knitted for my baby grandsons and my DIL would not use them. They buy from baby Gap and Next.

You try to sell them on eBay. You might find some buyers there. All other options are a waste of time.
You can't sell them, nobody wants them. Why did you not do your research BEFORE you knitted all that rubbish? Now you have just wasted a lot of your time and lots of wool. If the sheep who contributed to that wool were dead, they would be turning in their graves right now.
Put ads in 1910 newspapers.
eBay, cards in shop windows, flyers through doors, posters, internet, school/work posters.
