otherwise go to website contact us page and fill the form and send the form detail , below the form having the send or sub,it or etc button
Which one? Many sites have lots of info links at the bottom of their page, if you can find them in the top corner or tab bar
Many have a complaints procedure and a separate facility to report inappropriate content
Look for something along the lines of "Contact Us" or "about us" if you can not find an email reference or link
