to develop communication skill you must read newspapers,journals,books,and if you can you should watch good news channels and interviews.you will realize that you can understand their conversation easily but they use the right word on right place at right time.for example if you want develop your skills in english choose a partner or a friend who also wants to develop the same and choose a topic everyday from newspaper and have conversation and debate on that.you will develop confidence and style in your communication.confidence is the the most important base to a good communication skill.

Always keep good general knowledge & use commonsense. Be active. Read newspapers, extra curricular books so you will have the knowledge about what's happening around your world. Be confident while communicating. Use proper & correct language. Always make eye contact with the person you are communicating. Also use proper gestures.

Read Newspapers and focus mainly in the conversation between taht of a journalist and teh intervieweee. that will help u a lot.
