Hi that is the million dollar question. I may be of some help. Yea paid traffic will get you started but eventually you will run out of money. Fiverr.com and bidvertiser are 2 great places to start. I would suggest also creating a promotional blog which can be done for free at Google Blogger and start posting. At ezarticles.com you can register for free, start writing articles and the whole point there is to get traffic back to your site which will happen after about your first 10-20 articles but its free.

Buying traffic usually won't help drive your page as it has a high bounce rate. You need to work on your Internet Marketing. It's just like getting traffic in to a new restaurant!
Look to creating social media profiles & posting creative content linking back to your page.
Work on your Search Engine Optimization if you haven't already - figure out your niche, and make sure you're on the first page of Google for your keywords!
