1.there are plenty of free advertising websites ,use them to post your website with the appropriate keyword related to your business,
2.social network is another way to promot your website, search for similar business group and join the group and start posting your website with attractive images and offers.
3.search for keywords that generally people search on the internet and add those keyword to your website ,try: www.seobook.com to search the keywords
4. keep a track of the audience,page views,traffic source and post to know the number of people visiting your website try : www.google.com/analytics
5. always add your web link to any email that you send / reply
6.write a mail with your web like to all your friends in your contact with attractive offers
7. a proverb that says (the talent of success is nothing more than doing what you can do,well)

3. Sell some products on Amazon and Ebay. When people purchase items from you on those services, slip a piece of paper in their package with your website address and contact information. Offer them discounts if they purchase directly from your website, or do something that will get them to visit your website.
Just because your site is online, doesn't mean you can't advertise offline. Have you ever thought about flyers, leaflets, magazine ads etc? Hand out some leaflets in your local area, make sure they are clear and precise but don't go leaving them on car windows, just go door to door.

You should make a facebook for it and link it to your website and or try youtube try free websites
