You can different things to remove the backlinks but firstly you will have to chaeck from where these links are coming then perform different tasks
1. Manually call the webmaster of the site and ask them to remove the link. you shoul tell the full address as theis make the work simple It is the quickest way.
2. You can make the page 404 page as the links on such pages are not counted. It can also be difficult as your page may be your homepage or some important page.
3. Use the google Disavow tool to disallow the links on your blog.
4. If nothing can be done then only one option is left which is designing a new blog and finishing the last one.
