Okay, so there are a few ways;
1) The internet.
You can use websites such as Facebook, eBay, Tumblr and other social websites to advertise or let people know that there are things you want to sell.
2) Spread the word.
Tell your relatives, tell your friends, tell your co-workers and in turn, they will tell their friends and the people they know. A high chance is that, if they really like what you're selling, they would tell their friends naturally.
3) Open a garage/yard sale.
This is how you are able to sell your things, but before that, you would have to let people know that you're opening a garage sale.
4) Brochures/Pamphlets
I guess this is not likely one of you choice because you would need to spend quite an amount of money.
List them on eBay or Craigslist, or even take them to a pawn shop.
