Its fake. Dont sell it unless a real person comes and looks at it. Nobody is goin to buy something without looking at it. Have them call you. Emails are usually a scam

Definitely a scam. Anyone who wants your information, or to wire you money, write you a check, etc. A person who is actually legit will only offer cash and will only be interested in picking up the item. I have bought several items from craigslist, hope this helps.

It even says in the HUGE BLUE LETTERING AT THE TOP RIGHT "how to avoid a scam" or something ans that is the way. Anyone who does anything other than meet you and brings cash is a scammer.

When you sell something to a stranger, you should old take CASH.

So, I'm trying to sell something on craigslist. I've gotten a few texts that I'm kind of iffy on, he uses phrases like "I'll send you a Certified check," "I need your address(not a PO box)," "I'll send you the check through FedEx Express Mail," and then went on about...something how his client sent me all the money his client owed him. I just want to get some opinions on this.
