Add the site to google using addurl.
Post to twitter - it is crawled very fast.
If this doesn't help, use any tool to audit your website (seo powersuite, google webmaster tools and so on) and check it - maybe you have some significant problems (for example, technical ones so your website cannot be indexed or something), or not enough unique content, or whatever.
You really need to check you website mapping. And if you are doing content posting like articles or blogs may be your are doing it on no-follow websites.
