I believe Penguin identifies SEO spam, it may be more about on site problems than backlink issues. Even following some old keyword density formula could be a problem with Google's newer standards.
Looking through your blog menu and age titles, I would say a human reviewer might think "Quote Software" has been overused. You might have too many backlinks with your exact keyword in the anchor text as well, I am not sire if Penguin looks for this, but generally it's wiser to ad other words in anchor text variations, like Quote Software Info, Quote Software Applications, etc.
Be sure you are registered to Google Webmaster Tools, so you will receive any warning messages, ignoring an Unnatural backlink pattern" warning can get a site removed from the index for 6 months or a year.
Hi!!! I think after the humming bird update your keywords completely lose the position. Actually this update about the quality content and quality back links so....... check your back links once whether any links are having spam content or low authority sites links. If any links you find better you disavow the links. I mean collect all the spam links and ask Google management to remove those from your back links list. After that build your back links with quality and unique content in High authority sites like PA: 30, DA:30, PR: 3 This is minimum stat for the sites where you want to create link or from where you want to get a back link. Hope you doing well. I want to tell you that there is no need to worry if you have lost your ranking in Google. It's a routine process which Google follow every year to destroy the unwanted links from their database. So that users are able to get best result in their search.
If you remember there are so many update have been done by Google in last 15 years. Still search algorithm is same. So I will suggest you to delete your unwanted links for your domain. You can find out all the links from webmaster tool.
I have visited your website and found there are so many things which you have to change like your content, GUI and need to implement strong on page factors to recover it in Google. Your website also not compatible with mobile version.

after penguine 2.1 many websites have lost their ranking. First check your web pages that do that page have enough content and keywords that google likes. and also go through your on page and check it out. and remove all bad links from the sites on which you have generated backlinks.
You can also take help of webmaster tool.
Check your backlinks you take links on spam sites and google penalized that site and your link is also there thats why your ranking is down, Remove links from that sites and good some High Quality links.
Ensure that you have good quality content on your site and is not overly promotional with keywords.
Also you need to backlink carefully using high quality backlinks.
Penguin and Humming bird update has effected your site. you need to remove all the spam backlinks slowly not all at ones.
That's because of Google's Hummingbird and Penguin updates..

I really need your help, I worked on bahaquote.com last one year till may 2013 my keywords rank first on google but after penguin 2.0 update my keywords rank fluctuated every time..... but now all keywords rank total disappear from google....
Anyone can tell me what is the reason behind it..... and give me suggestion but i do next to rank well in google
