The Wall Street Journal says that there are more than 100 million blogs. Most have an audience of one. You aren't doing anything wrong.
One reporting tool http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links?si... reports finding no links to your site, any site getting decent traffic is bound to have gotten some backlinks as a part of their SEO campaign, check the backlinks of those more successful blogs.

Without even notifying search engines of the existence of your site, but getting links from a few indexed sites can be enough to get the search spiders to discover your site on their own.
Your site looks more like a simple product review site and not te classic Mommy Blogger, some of those ladies could write for magazines if they choose to, polishing your abilities to write engaging content and sharing longer stories of your life experiences can go a long way to getting a following and better search engine ranking.
You should get yourself a free image editor so you can prescale images and compress to smaller file sizes as well as make composites so 3 samples don't take up the whole screen the free GIMP editor is not the simplest but does the same things as photoshop, there are much simpler free online image editors as well.
The best SEO in the world is quality content - this seems to be a collection of special offers and ad copy. Not sure anyone really wants to read such things on a regular basis, especially if this material is already out there somewhere else. Consider developing unique content that can't be found elsewhere that other mothers might want to share with their friends.
