You will pay this small fee upfront and receive a key.
The key will not fit the door.
Some people don't even get the fact that they have been scammed when this happens.
Scam. Foreclosure listings can be had without paying 200 bucks.

Advertising rent to own homes that are in foreclosure in los angeles from 699-900$. I called the number and they claim because that these are federal foreclosures that I can't view the listings until I pay 199$. So my question is, is this a scam or could this be a possible great oppportunity to own a home?
