Sure. There are very few eBay sellers with that condition on a sale. You can contact the seller and ask them what it would take to ship to you. They probably don't know how to do foreign postage. You could offer to pay any extra amount. Plan B: find someone in America who would receive the shipment and then send on to you.
Yeah, some retailers on eBay offer to ship abroad, but it may cost a little more. If it doesn't say it on the items delivery option thingy, ask them by sending a message. Hope I helped. :)
some people on ebay.com do ship to the UK but if you use ebay.co.uk there are a lot of american sellers on there who will ship to here.
