Dude come on. HIV is not air born. You cant get it from kissing. You cant get it from touching one another. You get HIV from sharing needles from drugs or unprotected sex. Dont be mean to the poor girl, she prob needs a friend

Please dont tell her that you feel this way. HIV DONT SPREAD by eating their same food or wearing their clothes or touching them. Chances of spreading occurs only if you 've sexual relationship with the person. So be cool

You can't get HIV from someone unless you come in contact with their blood or sexual fluids.
