Is Chuppishop.com a legit website?

It looks like it's a scam to me

Too new to tell however all the products which attach to their name when you Google them make them suspect. Also their customer service mailing address listed on their website is a home in NY (148 Paris Rd

New Hartford, NY) which last sold for $167K and in no way would stock all the items which attach to them when you google their name. Also if the price seems to good to be true it probably is and they tend to be way under mass discounters like Newegg, Target, Walmart and Amazon. Although John who just joined and who also has only answered a question related to chuppi indicates they are safe however the feedback is from only 2 people both in the last couple of days and his limited history here and reliance on 2 brand new feedbacks could also be a warning sign. Also the jpg he attached has nothing to do with a review of the site but is a review of products purchased anywhere. All that being said they could be legit however far too many warning signs and there is no reliable feedback history out there yet.

I logged in just to answer this. NO! It is not legit. I ordered an xbox live gold card August 20, 2014. The next day it was marked as "shipped" I figured I would wait. After a little over 2 weeks, nothing came. I thought it was just miscommunication. I contacted them and asked if it would be possible to get a tracking number or to find out if it was shipped. They responded saying that it was not shipped, apologized and said they would ship it early the next week (I contacted them on a Saturday). That was this week they were supposed to send it early. So I sent another message asking for confirmation it was sent again and a tracking number. They sent me 2 tracking numbers. 1 brought me to UPS's website and the other brought me to USPS's website. Both websites said that the "tracking numbers" were invalid. They literally made up numbers just to buy time and appease me. Once I figured this out, I became angry which I rarely do with these things and sent them a message demanding a refund and being pretty rude (in hindsight I feel kinda bad but this was supposed to be a birthday present). On the website when I click my completed orders it now says "refund" instead of "shipped" I also opened a claim with paypal because I would like my money back. They are quick to change the status of the order on the website but I still have not received my money back or heard from them.

Also I am located in NJ and they are supposedly located in NY - I should have gotten that item very fast IF they actually sent it - which they did not.

I know this is an old post but I felt the need to share my terrible experience. I will never buy anything from that site again. I promise.

I have just been scammed by them. Ordered a DVD set that looked pretty legit, but the picture quality pointed towards it being a bootleg. Two unanswered email's using their online form kind of proved this. I complained to PayPal, and they couldn't get Chuppi to answer either, so thankfully they refunded my $$$ under their 45-day customer guarantee.

It turns out that Chuppishop IS NOT legit. They post a low price, then, immediately change your status to "awaiting fulfillment" AND take your money. Then they order your merchandise from a legitimate company, hoping you'll give up and go elsewhere (because they don't post a ph#, only an email add. which they don't reply to) so they can keep your money, which is untraceable. I paid through Pay Pal and they can't help me. Neither can Scholastic books give me a refund because they paid it back to the Chuppishop, who now claim I never ordered anything. Even though I have numerous emails from them stating otherwise. MY money is just GONE!! Lesson learned !!

I know this is a bit late but I figured I'd share my experiences. I ordered a controller off of the site, because the price was the best I could find. I had a lot of trouble with them saying they had shipped the controller, when they obviously hadn't (no tracking number or proof). Eventually I decided to file a paypal complaint to try to get my money back. Amazingly, they finally gave me a tracking number shortly after getting paypal involved. I received my controller now and I'm happy with it. Not the best customer service but great prices if you can wait for shipping.

TLDR: Ordered something and wasn't getting it, tried to get my money back and got what I ordered.

if you order, you will get your items. Sometimes a little late. Like 2 weeks or 3 weeks of waiting. However, the items that you buy come from stores like Toys r us and Best Buy. So its like they are droppshipping but losing money. I don't know how they are getting money. Maybe trying to collect as many credit card numbers and paypal accounts as possible the public and then . I honestly don't know how they are making money if they sell low and buy high. So if you want a product purchased from Chuppi but it comes from Toys r Us and you don't mind, then go ahead.

I ordered a PS4 game about a month ago... it came within 3 days, from Ohio and had a Best Buy Marketplace return address on it. I paid $43.99 for the game with free shipping... the best price around.

I am happy with my purchase. I saw the ad for them on eBay, and figured I'd give it a try. Always good to use Paypal as method of payment, just in case.

It's a dropship scam. If the items are coming from retail stores and the invoice has a name on it that is not yours, someone else has been charged for the order with their stolen credit card info. That is also why they can sell items so low (because they're not paying for it).

I had the same experience as 'lazy gamer'. No shipping/tracking number, just an email verifying my order - and no product after 2 weeks. Emailed seller to find out whether product had been shipped and requesting tracking info, no response. Opened a complaint with Paypal, product was mailed immediately (I found out after the fact, since they didn't provide me with a tracking number at the time - btw, once Paypal got involved the seller emailed me immediately). Received product - but another seller's information/order number was listed on the box and it came from Maryland. Tracking # indicated package had been mailed after the PP complaint filed. IMO, not a legit seller.

There have been a lot of positive feedback from buyers, authenticated by yotpo.com. You can rest a

ssured.

Very legit. I got a brand new copy of FIFA 14 for the PS4 in a week, for $31.99. Gamestop is selling it USED for $54.99. Very legit. I will be using them again.

Not yet. It opened 6 weeks ago. Too new to trust them with your credit card. The site hides its location and ownership on the registration page. That is never good news. It could be in Russia or CHina (or Florida).

They pulled the bait and switch on me. I ordered one product and received another. I opened a case with paypal and BBB. Also, they removed my negative feedback on their website. They are untrustworthy, untruthful, and fraudulent.

I have no idea whether you will get a product you order or not, but I can tell you that the customer service address is absolutely not legitimate.

its real order a mouse and it was brand new like advertised
