A search for: gorul.com scam, turned up no complaints, obviously not doing mass low level scams that result in large number of complaints.

I have determined it's hosted in Germany, and the same server hosts 22 sites, that possibly share the same ownership.

3. bathinfinity.ru inactive but reveals the Russian connection
There are certainly some major fraud operations run out of Russia, I just can't confirm whether this business is real not, it makes no sense to get investment advise from do distant an entity.
It looks like the whole website is just a front for a fake check scam.

I am a victim of this "company." I researched the company before decided to participate and I saw those posts saying it is real but apparently it isnt. Now my bank accounts have been closed and all of our money is being held by the bank. I only transferred money one time before I went to the bank and the researched the transfer. Can I be charged with fraud? What should I do to attempt to protect my identity since I sent them a copy of my license? What a nightmare! I learned my lesson, but unfortunately it was the hard way...

I spent hours researching the legitimacy of this company because offers that seem too good to be true, usually are. Here is my conclusion:
1. Although the website seems legit, I ran a whois.net domain search and the website is registered to DBP (Domains By Proxy) which is GoDaddy.com's private domain service. DBP does not require the user to register their name or address, which is why DBP is used by many scammers. A legit business claiming to be as large as "Gorul" would most likely register their name and address. Also, the website hasn't been updated since 2012 which raises another flag.
2. The address on their website to their France Headquarters does not provide a result when googled. It only points back to the website. Large corporations should have a legit address.
3. When calling their U.S. phone line, which is automated, they give you several options for customer service, sales, etc. Unsurprisingly, the only option that works is customer service. I would expect a legitimate business to either have a human answering the phone, or for their robots to be more sophisticated.
