Is Popor.net a legitimate website?

the links is named Popor electronics, they have very cheap prices and i was wondering if the site was actually real..

Definitely a scam site!

I was just about to order an LED TV when the alarm bells started to ring.

What kind of firm with a massive stock list uses a mobile number? Their address is a vague road on a trading estate. I sent a contact request asking if I could pay for goods on line and then collect in person. There has been no reply.

Their prices are too good. If they had been just a few pounds less than the main retailers I suspect less people would suspect a scam.

I thought about using a credit card as any purchases would be covered but who needs the hassle waiting for a delivery that will probably never arrive and then trying to get money back from the credit card company?

I'll try elsewhere I think!

I may be wrong - but I wouldn't touch this site with a bargepole!

There is very little corporate information on the site - the only telephone contact is a Mobile!!!! and they haven't even put a full postal address!!

Just Google 'Popor Electronics' - this was the only search result other than their website - no reviews - no corporate information - nothing.

Also the sheer volume of content listed on their website would make them bigger than Currys! The discounts are also ridiculously wrong compared with other similar online retailers.

If it waddles like a duck, swims like a duck and looks like a duck...........

This site is wrong - hand over your credit card details at your peril!!! BEWARE!!!!

The site was just set up about 3 months ago and it is registered out of Queensland, Australia.

My guess is that they only sell cheap Chinese-made counterfeits.
