The 9 year old web site has a look similar to a fly by night Chinese counterfeit site, but with close to retail prices, the site is registered to a Chinese name using a registration "privacy" proxy to conceal the real owner information.
Having nothing bot an email contact form would make any legal actions difficult.

FYI 95% of the sneaker sites people ask about on Answers turn out to be Chinese counterfeit sites, watch out...doing a domain name whois lookup more often than not exposes Chinese ownership.
