A mild complaint:

I think MLMs like Avon made a lot more sense before the era of mass communication when a neighborhood rep needed a regional manager to help them out, now a web search return 100s of reps falling over each other trying to recruit you. MLM products seem to be universally over priced in order to maintain the pyramid structure.
It's worth seeing the cutting Penn and Teller commentary on the MLM business

From their B.S. cable program.
According to the USA's Federal Trade Commission one of the ways of determining whether or not a company is a real MLM or a pyramid scam is by determining if people are buying products for the right to participate in the business or for their intrinsic value.
For a company to be legitimate people must be buying the products for its intrinsic value.
So the question to ask here is why do the majority of people buy Vemma's beverages? To participate in the business or because they love the juice for its intrinsic value? I don't know the answer to that question and neither will anyone who doesn't have access to company data.
Absent this data the best we can do is evaluate whether the product is one that we personally enjoy and would buy even if there was no compensation plan attached. If the answer is yes then we can prove that to be true by actually selling to consumers outside of the company. If you can create a business selling the products then you have validated the legitimacy of the business.
Understand one thing Vemma is part of a network marketing business you can make money off of it but the thing that sucks most is the commission its preyty much to low. There are other companies out there willing to pay you %100 commissions thats why vemma leaders have quit. I wouldn't join it but if your looking into more info on it check out my blog

Vemma is definitely not a scam, but it's not for everyone. Working in any network marketing company, just like a job, requires a set of skills to achieve success. Vemma is no different; if you're not comfortable or experienced with closing sales and talking to new people on a daily basis, you'll fail quick. If you are experienced, you can make a lot of money. its not a scam it just has a different way of making money that doesn't suit you. Don't let ignorance and negative feed back bring you down. Look at the life style of those that complain about all these things and you will notice a trend. They more or less broke them self or stuck in a job they don't love truly. Keeping searching for your financial freedom because you might be closer than you think. http://rtssmartmoney.wordpress.com/
i would advice you to keep your money and invest in some other things that will profit you more than verma, lot of scammers are out thier.do not look at your friends fast money idea, cause it will soon shalter to nightmares when verma will treat them bad...
for those of you who may have heard of Vemma. its a business that ive heard that the people in it started making a lot of legit money. the phoenix suns endorsed it as their official drink and have a 700 person club in their arena all Vemma/Verve, and Michael Jordan endorsed it as the bobcats official nutrition supplement.
If you have NOT heard of vemma. basically you buy these vitman filled drinks every month and you get more people to join your network. now when looking at it it looks like a pyramid scheme
I am trying to decide if I want to join this or not. some of my good friends are telling me to. and they are making a lot of money very slowly.
anyone good with business and know if its a good investment?
