The site does not come up for me, seems to not be in use, the 13 year old name is registered to a medical services management company name and address,
It's too old to bee some fly by night operation rarely have a name that's been registered so long, this had the appearance of being one the company is just holding for future use.
Here is one active site registered to the same company, the name used in the registration seems real and is named in company related press releases, etc.

It opened in 1999. That is good. It lists its location as Philadelphia. All of the phone numbers on the registration page are 999-999-9999. That is weird. I went thru 2 pages of search engine results without finding one customer review. That is unusual. No one seems to know anything about them. Be wary about investing your money.
