I am assuming that when you say buy "blogs," you meant buying articles or contents? You can visit freelance websites such as freelancer.com or freelance.com and purchase pre written articles for your niche there. You can simply Google "Your Niche" free lance blog writer and you might be able to find some cheap blog articles there.
I believe how it works is that you provide a topic and they will write the content. If you like it, you will pay for that content. If not, you can request for another one or not buy that content. Take a look at freelancer.com and I am sure you can find some freelancers there.
